Circle Pilates

Using a Pilates circle gives you the resistance you need for your workouts in a very compact easy to use product. A pilates circle can replace quite a few more expensive Pilates machines. Making it a very economical choice to add to your workouts. There are many exercises that require a Pilates circle to really see any noticeable effects. If you add a pilates circle to your workout, you will be able to take advantage of all of them.

There are many Pilates circles to choose from and all with varying prices too, some for as little as $20 and others priced as high as $70. A circle isn’t a massive expense, especially when compared to some of the Pilates machines but it still warrants some investigation to ensure you get the best circle for your particular needs.

The rings themselves come in different materials but most often are rubber or a special type of metal. Size generally sits around a little over a foot in diameter and you will find little pads on the sides of the circle, better models will have pads inside too which come in handy for certain exercises. The idea of the Pilates circle is to provide some form or resistance during your work out. Don’t think this type of resistance is equivalent to some forms of heavy weight lifting as it’s not and it certainly isn’t intended to be. A circle is intended to offer you a moderate amount of resistance rather than something you set out to break in two!

There are a great number of Pilates circles on the market and it can be a little difficult choosing one, however if you can talk to a professional instructor about what they’ve found best then you could follow their recommendation. The key really is to not get anything to flimsy, you might end up having to buy two in the end if you opt for a cheaper version of poor quality.
